Recruitment & Training Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Handle recruitment for sales forces.
* Conduct Orientation Program for new employee.
* Give training and coaching to enchance skill and performance output.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Sales Knowledge.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Will be posted in Middle Java.
