Kualifikasi :

Kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama.
b. Menguasai teknis pembibitan kelapa sawit.
c. Mampu berinteraksi dengan masyarakat di sekitar lokasi pembibitan.
d. Tegas, Disiplin dan mempunyai Integritas yang tinggi.
e. Penempatan di Kabupaten Sendawar - Kalimantan Timur

4. ASISTEN DIVISI
Kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama.
b. Pernah menangani Land Clearing.
c. Mampu membuat rencana kerja harian.
d. Tegas, Disiplin dan mempunyai Integritas yang tinggi.
e. Penempatan di Kabupaten Sendawar (Kaltim) dan Kabupaten Landak(Kalbar).

5. OPERATOR GIS
Kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai surveyor di perkebunan kelapa sawit minimal 3 tahun.

c. Mampu membuat peta areal perkebunan kelapa sawit.

6. SUPERVISOR LEGAL
a. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun.
b. PendidikanS1 Hukum.
c. Mengerti tentang masalah “legal” di perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit.
d. Pernah menangani ganti rugi lahan masyarakat.
e. Penempatan di kantor perwakilan Pontianak.

7. INTERNAL AUDIT
Kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai internal audit perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit minimal 2 tahun.
b. Berumur maksimal 35 tahun.
c. Pernah bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publikdan Perusahaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawitakan menjadi nilai tambah.
d. Penempatan di kantor pusat Jakarta.

8. SUPERVISOR TEKNIK
a. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun.
b. Mengerti tentang desain/gambar dan pembuatan rencana anggaran bangunan.

Responsible to generate report relating to Accounting matters

Requirements:

* Min S1 Accounting

Responsible in preparing a good recording of all transaction

* Min S1 Accounting

3. Finance Staff (FIN)

Responsible in administering the reconciliation of cash in/out according
to Bank and Company’s Book

* Min S1 Management

4. Credit Controller (CC)

Responsible to control credit accounts, analyze accounts, identify and
make report those that may require difficult collection procedures.

Requirements:

* Min D3 Accounting

* Min 2 years experience in handling cash management or A/R

B. LEGAL

1. Legal Officer (LO)

Be responsible for documents keeping, Legal Drafting and Advise, and for
Corporate Actions arrangement.

Requirements:

* Graduated of Law specified in Business (Keperdataan)

C. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

1. Business Consultant HRIS (BC-HRIS) / Business Consultant IFS
(BC-IFS)

Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed
by customers, starting from identification the customer needs, determine
technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the
new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

Requirements:

* Min. S1, preferably in computer science

* For BC-HRIS :

- Candidates with IT background : preferably have min. 1 year
programming experience especially in developing HRIS software

- Candidates without IT background : have depth knowledge of Human
Resources Information System

* For BC-IFS, have depth knowledge of IFS, both programming and
system

* Preferably have 1 year experience as Business Consultant, with
experiences in handling project

2. Application Engineer (APP-ENG)

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation
of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test &
debugs computer programs; prepare technical documentation.

Requirements:

* Min. S1 majoring in computer science

* Familiar with Java or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or
others RDBMS

* Have a good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and or IFS
System

* Preferably have 1 year Programming experience; fresh graduate

3. Application Support (APP-SUP)

Responsible of program applications installation, trial the programs,

/ water treatment chemical and or filtration system; fresh graduate are

2. Technical Support - Oil Field/Water Treatment (TS - CE/WT)

As part of sales team, be responsible on technical activities e.g.
taking samples and conducting trials of products as per requested by
customers.

3. Marketing Support (MKS)

Job Objective:
Ensures effective & efficient handling of the budgeting, accounting and related activities
Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Prepares accounting & budget manuals
* Coordinates preparation of company’s annual, periodic and projects budgets
* Administers and monitors progress of the annual, periodic and projects budgets
* Prepares budget analyses and control reports
* Maintains all accounting and related ledgers & records including cash & banks, account receivables, account payables, expenses, investments, inventories, etc.
* Handles all tax and related matters
* Registers, files, stores all documents related to budgeting and accounting activities
* Identifies and reports anomalies at accounting documents and takes the necessary corrective actions
* Prepares the required related periodic & ad-hoc financial and accounting reports, including P&L, tax and cash-flow

1. Accounting Supervisor (ACCT-SPV)


Responsible to generate report relating to Accounting matters


Requirements:


* Min S1 Accounting


* Min.3 years experience in accounting with min. 1 year experience

in the same position


2. Accounting Staff (ACCT)


Responsible in preparing a good recording of all transaction


Requirements:



* Min S1 Accounting


* Preferably having 1 year experience in the same field; fresh

graduate are encouraged to apply


3. Finance Staff (FIN)


Responsible in administering the reconciliation of cash in/out according

to Bank and Company’s Book


Requirements:


* Min S1 Management


* Preferably having 1 year experience in the same field; fresh


graduate are encouraged to apply


4. Credit Controller (CC)


Responsible to control credit accounts, analyze accounts, identify and

make report those that may require difficult collection procedures.


Requirements:


* Min D3 Accounting


* Min 2 years experience in handling cash management or A/R

collection


B. LEGAL



1. Legal Officer (LO)


Be responsible for documents keeping, Legal Drafting and Advise, and for

Corporate Actions arrangement.


Requirements:


* Graduated of Law specified in Business (Keperdataan)


* Min. 3 years experiences in the same field


* Good command in spoken and written Mandarin


C. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY


1. Business Consultant HRIS (BC-HRIS) / Business Consultant IFS


(BC-IFS)


Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed

by customers, starting from identification the customer needs, determine

technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the

new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.


Requirements:


* Min. S1, preferably in computer science


* For BC-HRIS :


- Candidates with IT background : preferably have min. 1 year


programming experience especially in developing HRIS software


- Candidates without IT background : have depth knowledge of Human

Resources Information System


* For BC-IFS, have depth knowledge of IFS, both programming and

system


* Preferably have 1 year experience as Business Consultant, with

experiences in handling project


2. Application Engineer (APP-ENG)


Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation


of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test &

debugs computer programs; prepare technical documentation.


Requirements:


* Min. S1 majoring in computer science


* Familiar with Java or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or

others RDBMS


* Have a good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and or IFS


System


* Preferably have 1 year Programming experience; fresh graduate

are encouraged to apply


3. Application Support (APP-SUP)


Responsible of program applications installation, trial the programs,

and deliver training or provide information to the customers of how to

use the programs


Requirements:


* Min. S1 majoring in computer science



* Have a good knowledge of Java or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL

Server or others RDBMS is an advantage


* Preferably have 1 year experience in the same field.


D. SALES & MARKETING


1. Technical Engineering (TE - CE/WT)


As part of sales team, be responsible to give the most applicable

advised as a solution in term of technical matters.



Requirements:


* Graduated of Chemical Engineering


* Preferably min. 1 year technical experience in oil field chemical

/ water treatment chemical and or filtration system; fresh graduate are

encouraged to apply


* Work independently and and keen to travel


2. Technical Support - Oil Field/Water Treatment (TS - CE/WT)


As part of sales team, be responsible on technical activities e.g.

taking samples and conducting trials of products as per requested by


customers.


Requirements:


* Min. D3 Chemical Engineering


* Preferably min. 1 year in the same field; fresh graduate are

encouraged to apply


* Work independently and keen to travel


3. Marketing Support (MKS)


Providing all secretarial support function / services and

completing all back office sales administration activities



Requirements:


* Min. S1


* Have min. 1 year experience as General Administration, preferably

with experiences in handling daily accounting reports
