Manager, Finance & Compliance
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to GM, Finance & Management Services, you will be responsible for:
o Accurate and timely preparation of all standard financial and management accounting information, statutory reports and the provision of financial information and advice. Tax management of the investment portfolio in accordance with company guidelines
o Key role is in design of the compliance arrangements and the review of the compliance risks and processes. Theses responsibilities also include promoting the compliance culture within QBE Pool and to its intermediaries. Implementation of requirements is the responsibility of the relevant Business Unit Manager
Requirements:
* The successful applicant is expected to have:
o Degree and/or CPA
o At least 7 years industry experience with some management exposure
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Leadership abilities and strong business acumen
